Founded in 2001, DentalMedical has grown in recent years to become one of the leading companies in the region in the distribution of dental and dental technical materials and equipment. The company is an authorized representative of the 35 largest dental equipment manufacturers in the world. They take pride in their fast and accurate service and competitive prices.

DentalMedical aimed to modernize its old website and CRM system. For this purpose, they sought a professional team, as their website and webshop operate in six different languages, and their products are available in four countries: Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, and Hungary.

Goals.

During the creation of the DentalMedical website, webshop, and the subsequent CRM system, our goal was to develop a comprehensive system that could be used collaboratively by employees working in the four target countries. Real-time synchronization of all events was a crucial aspect of this CRM system. It needed to enable sales representatives from all four countries to plan and track their plans in a unified application.

Furthermore, it was highly important to integrate a reporting system into the CRM. This system allows the entire company to have a visual overview and control, enabling them to identify critical points for improvement, thus driving the business forward.

Strategies.

Regarding the comprehensive CRM, we met the client's expectations and created a system that allows sales representatives from all four countries to "work under one roof". The system performs real-time synchronization with the inventory, conducts price tracking, and monitors the purchase process.

The DentalMedical CRM system includes SAP, SparkPost, NetResult, GLS, and DailyExpress package tracking, as well as Facebook Article and Messenger Chat integration. The development of this highly complex system required over 3,500 development hours, utilizing the expertise of our most experienced senior team members.
